KELSEY JACK
Kelsey Jack
PT, MScPT, MSc, BSc(Tech)
Kelsey followed an unconventional path to becoming a physiotherapist, first completing a Bachelor and Masters degrees in Chemistry from the University of Guelph. Working in a lab, Kelsey quickly realized she wanted to have a more direct impact on people’s lives which led her to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2016. Physiotherapy has allowed Kelsey to foster her love of learning through continuing education.
She successfully completed the Intermediate Practical Exam through the Orthopaedic Division’s Manual and Manipulative Therapy program. She then pursued pelvic health training, completing Levels 1-3 through Pelvic Health Solutions which expanded her skills to treat conditions such as incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain. She has completed a variety of other pelvic health courses focusing on pelvic girdle pain, birth preparation and support, C-section recovery, rectus diastasis, and GI disorders. Kelsey combines her orthopaedic and pelvic health training to develop a holistic treatment approach to help her clients reach their goals.
Outside of the clinic, Kelsey keeps busy with her three children. She loves to spend time outdoors with her family and also enjoys dancing, baking, and gardening.
