Yoga Flow is a movement-based class designed to enhance the awareness of the body and mind. The class incorporates elements of strength, flexibility, and balance linked with breath. The intention is to connect with yourself and expand your capacity for resilience.
Stretch and Restore - Tues & Thurs 7:15pm
Stretch and Restore combines the stretching of Yin Yoga and the relaxation of Restorative Yoga in one class. Sabine invites you to explore deep and safe stretches of your joints and connective tissues, creating space and releasing tension. Then, using props and supports, encourages you to relax into blissful restorative comfort. Deeply nourishing and suitable for all levels.
1:1 Yoga Therapy with Sabine
Yoga therapy consists of 1-on-1 sessions which allow you to focus on your physical, emotional and mental health. The practice uses movement, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises to help you relax, relieve stress and manage underlying conditions or symptoms.
A great option for beginners looking to learn yoga, or for those wanting to build strength and confidence after a prolonged break.
Back Works offers small-size yoga classes that are suitable for any level of ability.
1:1 Yoga Therapy with Sabine may be a great option to learn the basics or build you back up to joining our group classes.
Yoga for Chronic Pain - Thurs 6:00pm
